During the summer months we are open as usual and are here to help you just as usual. However, during this period we have a slightly reduced staffing, as many in the team are also taking well-deserved vacations. This can therefore mean that response times are sometimes a little longer than normal, both by phone and email. We ask for your understanding of this and do our very best to continue to provide you with good service even during the summer. If matters are not urgent, it can sometimes be good to expect a little extra processing time.
