Conveyor chains – modular belts
Regina Catena plastic & steel chains and modular belts are a very comprehensive product range. Read more about the products here.
All clamping elements are based on the principle of cones that slide against each other. The sliding, and thus the radial expansion, is achieved with the help of a number of radial screws.
We stock a large number of different types of clamping elements for different purposes and for a large number of shaft diameters.
Here we have collected all standard MAV friction joints between axle and hub. The different series have different properties and areas of use. What they all have in common is the high quality and technical expertise behind the product. If you do not find a suitable standard connection, we can adapt to your requirement specification.
A simple and affordable dressing for many applications. Shaft diameters from 14 to 400 mm.
A variant of the MAV 1062 but which has a slight axial displacement during assembly. In return, a right transferable moment of comparable dimension.
Shaft dimensions from 14 to 400 mm.
The first variant of mechanical dressings on the market.
Short installation length but relatively low torque capacity. Should not be used in new construction.
Shaft dimensions from 18 to 300 mm
A simple pair of cones intended for integration into the construction where connecting parts are responsible for the axial force needed for the connection's function. For choice of connection and calculation of hub dimensions, number of screws, etc. contact our sales staff
Shaft dimensions from 6 to 95 mm.
A connection with a high torque capacity in combination with a high bending moment.
Shaft dimensions from 24 to 600 mm
A joint with medium moment capacity in combination with medium bending moment.
Shaft dimensions from 6 to 130 mm.
A useful connection in most constructions which, however, has a small axial movement during assembly.
Shaft diameter from 18 to 400 mm
In principle the same as MAV 6901 but without axial movement during assembly and therefore slightly lower torque capacity.
Shaft diameter from 18 to 400 mm.
A connection that allows the separate mounting of, for example, a radially split gear for adjustment of gear backlash in a reversible operation.
Shaft diameter from 30 to 600 mm.
A joint which, with its axial movement of the outer sleeve during assembly, can be used to lock other machine elements in the axial direction, e.g. the inner ring of a bearing.
Shaft diameter from 20 to 130 mm
A connection for axles in inch dimensions and which can replace different types of connection where the assembly is done with a large hexagon nut
Shaft diameter from 5/8″ to 2″.
Here we have collected all mechanical friction joints for hollow shafts or "Shrink Discs" as they are sometimes called. The range is both broad, with several types, and at the same time deep, with a large number of dimensions. These dressings are available in a number of "sub-variants" which cannot be presented on the website for reasons of space.
