The RotaChock® Mounting Plate offers an economical alternative to epoxy resin or custom steel felt blocks. The adjustment bolts in the RotaChock® Mounting Plate are used to eliminate any angle between the bracket's foundation and base plate. Now the four RotaChock® in the corners are adjusted to fill the gap. The base plate, RotaChock® Mounting Plate and machine foundation are then securely tightened with four foundation bolts.
The Spherical Spacer performs two functions: creating hardware plane and bolt extension. This solution consists of two parts with a smooth concave and convex curvature, resulting in an angular offset angle of 4°, which creates the hardware plane. The standard heights extend the bolt and create extra span length.
These small Hexagon RotaChock® are ideal for small equipment such as pump sets where precise alignment is still critical. This solution has the same principle as all RotaChock®: an adjustable threaded center for parallel differences and a spherical top to overcome angular differences. Thanks to the hexagonal design, adjustment is done with a simple wrench/wrench.
This solution is costly as additional craftsmanship is essential to assemble the steelworks. Our solution is a RotaChock® that comes with a higher height to suit your application. However, there are some considerations for using Tall Line configurations, i.e. when traction or shear forces are involved.
Many times the adjustment range of the RotaChock® is sufficient to accommodate the differences. However, if 5 to 25 mm of extra height is needed, a higher top ring is more economical than other solutions. Stocking sets with taller top rings can save time during assembly when you are slightly outside of your designed gap height.

Still, some techs like the feel of a wrench or wrench. A range of adjustment tools have been designed and are available for each RotaChock® size. The adjustment tools are made of stainless steel (316L).
