Vacuum lifters for sheet metal, stone or other smooth "plates". We have both self-generating vacuum lifts, which do not need an external power source, and lifts with electric vacuum pumps.
A vacuum lift is a specialized transport system that uses vacuum technology to handle and transport materials. By creating a controlled vacuum, these lifters can grip objects with a closed surface, usually flat and non-porous, such as sheet metal, glass or plastic. This technology enables the safe handling and movement of heavy or sensitive materials, reducing the risk of damage to both products and personnel.
The vacuum is usually generated by a pump or a pneumatic system component, which creates a negative pressure in the suction pads of the lift. These suction pads are pressed against the object to be moved, and the surrounding atmospheric pressure keeps the object clamped against the pad. The lifting capacity depends on both the strength of the vacuum and the size and number of the suction pads.
