Linear systems

Franke linear controls are a system where quality and a high level of technology are hallmarks. Rails and carriages are manufactured in aluminum for minimum weight and maximum acceleration. As a complement, we also stock a system with trolleys and rails made of steel.

 

Franke linear systems differ in several respects from traditional linear systems and thereby have several unique properties.

Standard Series FDA

Our most common standard system for most applications.

 

  • Sizes 12, 15, 20, 25, 35 and 45
  • Load range 2.800N to 25.900N
  • For medium loads and speeds up to 10m/s
  • Rails and carriages in anodized aluminum AL7Mg S0,5 F28
    Needle bearing rollers in 100 Cr 8
  • Ground running tracks of spring steel
  • Acceleration up to 40m/s²
    Max speed 10m/s

Series FDB (low cost model)

A simplified version of series FDA

  • Sizes 12, 15, 20, 25, 35 and 45
  • Load range 230N to 2700N
  • For light to medium loads. The wagon runs on the same rail as series FDA.
  • Rails and carriages in anodized aluminum AL7Mg S0,5 F28
  • Ball bearing rollers in 100 Cr 8
    Ground running tracks of spring steel
    Acceleration up to 40m/s²
    Max speed 10m/s

Series FDC (stainless steel)

For applications in harsh environments.
Sizes 12, 15, 20, 25, 35 and 45

Load range 230N to 54N
Rollers with elastically supported shoulders

Running rails in ground stainless steel

Series FDE (Lubrication Free)

For food applications or other occasions where a grease-free carriage is necessary.

Series FDD (Antimagnetic)

For applications where magnetic materials can have an influence on the manufacturing process.
