METAFLEX

The METAFLEX disc coupling in metal and stainless steel is a torsionally rigid link-shaped coupling. Due to the all-metallic construction, the coupling is generally dirt- and temperature-resistant. The flexibly flexible link element in the coupling consists of layered rings made of stainless steel. The coupling is maintenance-free. It is based on a modular system with a small number of individual components, resulting in easy assembly and disassembly. Standard nominal torque is up to 120 kNm, the coupling having small diameter and low mass moments of inertia. Special designs, higher rated torques and higher permissible speeds are available on request.
