Series MJT

• Claw coupling with PU intermediate ring
• Gap free
• Can be used as a flexible coupling in applications with high torques
• Can absorb torsional vibrations as well as radial and angular errors
• Three different hardnesses on the intermediate ring
• Resistant to oil and chemicals
• Identical properties regardless of direction of rotation
• Temperature range from –20 degrees to +60 degrees
• Stocked with finished axle hole from 3mm to 25mm
• Torque from 0,7 Nm to 160Nm

Series MDW

• Steel disc coupling
• High torsional stiffness
• Gap free
• Double lamellae absorb angular, radial and axial errors
• Identical properties regardless of direction of rotation
• Maintenance-free and resistant to oil and chemicals
• Made of aluminum with stainless steel slats
• Stocked with finished axle hole from 5mm to 30mm
• Torque from 1,5 Nm to 25 Nm

For completely rigid connections between axles. Requires good alignment but is cost-effective.

Cup coupling for fully rigid joints. For shaft diameter ø 16 – 32 mm.

Series MLR and MLRS

Cup coupling for completely rigid connections. For shaft diameter ø 16 – 32 mm.

• For splicing shafts
• Manufactured in aluminum or stainless steel
• Alternative mountings – stop screw or clamping hub
• Stocked with finished axle hole from 6mm to 14mm
• Torque from 0,3 Nm to 2 Nm

For completely rigid connections between axles. Requires good alignment but is cost-effective.

Series MSF

Elastic coupling for shaft diameter ø 16 – 32 mm. Cost-effective construction.
 

• Simple construction with intermediate ring of PU material
• Flexible with high misalignment values
• Almost free of backlash due to good fit between PU ring and hub
• Easy to assemble
• Resistant to oil and chemicals
• Electrically insulating
• Stocked with finished axle hole from 3mm to 14mm
• Intermediate ring can be delivered in two different PU materials with different temperature ranges
• The hubs are made of sintered metal (zinc alloy)
• Torque from 1 Nm to 9 Nm
