Product customization takes place in our own workshops in Arlöv and our experienced workforce can provide, among other things, specially adapted chains, gearboxes, slewing ring bearings and lifting eyes. With us, you can, among other things, custom-fit products within:
• Transmission. On Bengtssons Maskin At AB, we have worked with transmissions for more than a century. We offer our customers complete solutions with technology from well-established subcontractors.
• High pressure hydraulics. We provide hydraulic systems for the mechanization and automation of production facilities.
• Moments. In the category we have torque wrenches, torque amplifiers and everything else required for efficient operation and maintenance work.
In addition to product manufacturing, we also have a serviceworkshop for maintenance. Here, our experienced technicians work with care service and modifications to customers' machines. We are therefore with you all the way, from production to follow-up and maintenance.
For part of the product range, we provide a library of CAD files, which means that you as customers can take out 3D drawings of our products free of charge. You can also configure some of them before downloading and thus adapt them to your needs.
We know that customers who offer technical solutions such as reconstruction of railways, bridge maintenance or tunnel boring machines are constantly faced with major challenges in the work of implementing their projects. It can be about everything from planning to communication with subcontractors.
Therefore, we have a complementary range of services that includes everything from initial advice and consultation to installation on site at the customers' premises. We also provide calculation help and other services that make your work easier.
We also offer training for handling machines in lifting, hydraulics and moments. The courses are intended for companies that rent equipment from us and provide all the conditions for you to be able to handle the machines on your own. After completing the training, your employees can handle the equipment safely and correctly.
In collaboration with our own suppliers, we also offer tailor-made training for the special solutions that the customer desires. In this way, you can carry out complex projects without disruption to production operations and with all safety aspects in mind.
